Hill House Home, the folk-loving brand behind the cult-status Nap Dress, have taken more inspiration from a joyous frolic in the meadow for their latest launch, a bridal collection.A favourite of Anya Taylor-Joy’s, Hill House Home combined pre-existing favourites, from her Jewel Jammie Pyjama set, the Belle Bow and the Athena Nap Dress to create a collection that could cover everything a bride-to-be and her bridesmaids could ever need, with four main celebratory categories: the engagement, the bachelorette party, getting ready and the wedding weekend.”The collection is inspired by all of the moments that surround the big day, from showers to bachelorette parties and of course getting ready — and celebrating! — on the day itself,” Hill House Home founder, Nell Diamond, said in an interview.
Their bridal lineup also includes brand new items, like a ring pillow that can be customised for the individual bride as well as party sets for her bridesmaids, including a pair of jewel jammies, a silk pillowcase and their Noor headband.
But which item from the collection is a must-have? The floor-length ‘Dolly’ silk robe, of course. While we’ve all dreamed of swanning around a marble-clad home draped in said garment, Hill House Home have made it a reality.
Embellished with feathers, beads and a tulle trim, the design was directly inspired by brand founder Nell Diamond’s own wedding gown.
“The Dolly robe is something I am personally excited about,” Diamond revealed. “The feather detailing is a nod to my Olivier Theyskens wedding gown, which included beautiful feather embellishments.”
If floaty ensembles aren’t your cup of tea, fret not, because the collection also includes embroidered sleep masks, hair bows and padded headbands, as well as a jewelled pyjama set that doesn’t require a ring or a lifetime commitment from a loved one to enjoy.
The best bit? The entire collection doesn’t require the usual amount of frantic saving that most brides must endure. Hill House Home’s bridal collection ranges from AUD $65 to $379 which—considering each piece doesn’t require a ring on that finger—is quite a steal.
