It’s been 10 years, Bollywood power couple Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan took their wedding vows and since then, they have been shelling out major couple goals and making us swoon over them with every glimpse of their mushiness.
The couple tied their knot in 2012. But, before D-day, there was a time when our Bebo wasn’t sure if she should marry him or not. In fact, she once revealed how the actress refused his marriage proposal twice as Kareena wanted to know Saif better first.

During a conversation with a news portal, Kareena shared how Saif brought the idea of marriage in front of her while they were shooting for Tashan in Greece. She told Pinkvilla, “He did tell me that ‘I think we should get married. He told me that in Greece and he told me that in Ladakh as well. And at that time I was like ‘I don’t know because I don’t know you. So it was not really a ‘no’ but it was more like an ‘I want to know you better.”
The diva further added, “I was still in love. Maybe I thought it was too soon, or that we were just kind of getting to know each other a little bit. I think it was because of that, that’s all. But I think I was always sure that I was gonna marry him.”
However, Kareena also shared that marrying Saif was the decision of her life. Recently, the pair made an entry at the screening of Aamir Khan’s starrer-Laal Singh Chaddha on August 10 and looked stunning together. Kareena also played an important role in the film as a lead actress.
Talking about the movie, it’s an official remake of Tom Hanks Forrest Gump. Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya are also featured in the movie in lead roles.
